User Responsibilities
As a user of the TradeMyPlate platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when listing number plates
- Verify your legal ownership of any number plate before listing
- Comply with all local laws regarding number plate transfers
- Not engage in fraudulent or misleading activities
Verification Process
We reserve the right to verify any number plate listings and user information. The verification process may require submission of additional documentation to prove ownership. We do not guarantee the accuracy of all information provided by users.
Fees and Payments
Listing number plates on our platform is currently free. However, we reserve the right to introduce fees for certain services in the future with prior notice. Any financial transactions between buyers and sellers outside of our platform are entirely their responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
TradeMyPlate acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction and bear no responsibility for the quality, legality, or accuracy of listings. Users are responsible for conducting due diligence in all transactions.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that violates these terms or engages in harmful or illegal activities. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting our support team.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
